Here are my notes from last week’s lecture. This was absolutely one of the best lectures thus far … We covered a lot of fundamental Unix networking concepts like sockets and /etc/services and pipes and semaphores … Whew! Also, toward the end of the lecture we got into the Listener Daemon … Trip out.
