Hello All,
Now I can imagine what you are thinking … What is up with the blog … Has Sean++ turned into a sensational tabloid, willing to do anything to bump up his readership (i.e. gratuitously posting photos of attractive women … perhaps the most surefire way to increase hits on the web) …
Rest assured, the level of sophistication that you are used to seeing at this site has not wavered, rather, I went to a college reunion down in Santa Cruz this past weekend, and, well this picture of my college homeys is just plain old rad.
The reunion was on Saturday … So let’s rewind to Friday and start there.
I get off work and after checking out a potential new apartment, go on a city hike with JR. Chilllllin.

It was just so nice being back in the city for a Friday night, hitting the old spots, seeing the old faces …
Okay, so now we get to Saturday afternoon. We roll down to the beach for a very splendid afternoon of hanging.

It was an informal college reunion, organized by the very lovely Allison, that was just so friggin nice … It’s hard to describe how content I was the entire day.
(We had Mexican for Lunch. Bless it.)

The whole scene was just so damn loveable. The collection was a solid mosaic of individuals from back in the day. Spanning grades and colleges, the mix was a perfect collection of faces I wanted to see.

What the hell. This is so friggin Rad! Last week I went to my 10 year high school reunion, stoking on all the old friends I’d missed over the years … And now here I am, 7 days later, doing the same gig for the college crews.
The Universe is good.

Siegel and I kicked it in Aptos. Home of the angels who rescued Roch and I two weeks before on the bike ride.

… And that brings us to Sunday evening.
… Looked at a few more apartments with the dudes, met up with Miller, and basked in the wonderfulness of the city.
It’s good being home.
